Perception changes everything, actually not everything but things that affect you. When I was at school as in say class 7th, I would think of myself as 20 - 6 = 14 year old, on my Bday, and now i.e. day before yesterday (22nd) I thought of myself as 24 = 25 - 1. At least I always look at the age thing in reference to another number which might cause a change in my life at this point of time.

I am not a very big fan of birthdays, * days, wishing and all those things which make you think differently for a day or a set of days about yourself or people around you. ( may be I am lazy and asshole enough not to care wishing people who are really close and I care about and those who care about me X-( dont YOU ) but but but … I love the idea of fun you have at those moments. so what one guy in your group can’t remember dates :D, yeah I am that guy.

So why 25 - 1 and not 20 + 4 ?
I think when I will be 25 it would be a good time to look at the (life) check list, smiling at things which are struck out with a nice long tick, making ‘huhs’ at those procrastinated and ‘:(’ at those I would further like to shift ahead in future. So, I have led a great(why not), complex( most of it in past), entertaining(don’t you think so ??), unexpected(JEE Screening Rank 35K, AIEEE Rank 1865, I know I rock and suck at the same time), overwhelming(i love my life, everyone does no big deal), proud(I think I did) & responsible (:D, even when bliss-ed :P) life for last 24 years and certainly don’t regret more than 1% of it, now don’t expect me not to regret not winning that basketball match in my 2nd year of stay here ( ALN ) but then I love those moment more than I regret them. There you go thats my way of saying I don’t regret a moment of my life but supported by a good argument so that it doesn’t sound like plain I DON’T REGRET A SHIT.

So, I will be 25 on next year’s 22nd Nov, well I would really like to twist my life by then a bit if not a lot, may be with a job for sure ( ppl say it sucks, I disagree, that is why will face the music for myself and report back on this very page some day ), pursuing more hobbies ( sometimes I lock myself in my room and cry because I can’t play basketball for sometime now, no not exactly but you get the idea, more basketball for sure ), thinking ( I am afraid I will miss on a lot of things once I rip off the ‘official student’ status, but I really want to do a lot of things apart from job-bing, one of those should change my life as per The Plan ). What I don’t want to change is, great people I have around ( my fav years of life come from last 3 years and another 3 or so from school days and ofcourse great time can come only with great people in your life), the sincereness, the random fun, the clear state of mind about what I want and so on …

Lets wait and watch …
